Behavioral Health and Substance Use services are offered through Pathways Behavioral Health (formerly known as Employee Resource Centers (ERC)) who are affiliated with Amita Health Mercy Medical Center in Aurora. All members seeking behavioral health or substance use services for the first time must register by calling 1-888-477-1300. You will receive a prompt telephone assessment of your care options and an Customer Service representative will assist you in finding a mental/behavioral health professional in your area. You may also visit their website, https://www.pathwaysbhn.org, for a listing of providers. 

An authorization or referral from a PCP or Ob-Gyn is not needed prior to seeking treatment through Pathways.
